ABOUT ME |
Hello, I'm Scott Troop, My entire life I have been surrounded by the business of real estate. My father, Brian Troop, started Troop Real Estate, Inc in May 1987. My grandparents, Mark & Beverly Troop, Carole Philpott, my aunt Karen Troop are all REALTORS. As far back as I can remember my dad has taught me about real estate and relationships with people. Family gatherings always included conversations about buying and selling real estate. My dad has built Troop Real Estate, Inc. into the largest, most professional real estate company in Ventura County with 14 office and over 600 agents, including 2 new offices, San Diego and Valencia. Now, I am a real estate professional. I have found a passion for assisting people who are in the center of an immensely important and complicated process, buying or selling real estate. My driving ambition is to exceed my clients expectations and to provide a level of service that is the best in the business. I look forward to continuing to raise the bar of the standard or excellence that has been the foundation of the "Troops" for many years. I was born and raised in Simi valley and plan on being involved in the community for my entire life. It's not all just about real estate however, my personal interests include; wakeboarding, snowboarding, fishing, hiking, and basketball. I use to compete in both wakeboarding and snowboarding until I gave my full focus into real estate. I still find time though, to schedule these activities in my life. Real estate is a personal business but, like everything else today, it is driven by technology. To remain ahead of the competition, I continue to invest time and money into mastering the many technologies, I look forward to demonstrating how technology and personal service will make a significant difference to you in getting exactly what you want from your real estate professional.
